Tri-EFA 120's
each softgel capsule contains:

flax seed oil 400 mg.
borage seed oil 400 mg.
fish oil (50% omega-3) 400 mg.
these oils typically provide:
alpha linolenic acid (ALA) 220 mg.
EPA 120 mg.
DHA 80 mg.
linoleic acid 180 mg.
gamma linolenic acid (GLA) 96 mg.
oleic acid 152 mg.
vitamin E (d- alpha tocopherol) 5 i.u.
other ingredients: gelatin, glycerin
2–8 capsules per day, in divided doses, with meals.

Tri-EFA

A triple combination of essential fatty acids supporting various physiological functions *The omega-3 fatty acids alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and EPA/DHA, derived from flax seed oil and cold water fish oil, respectively, are combined with omega-6 gamma- linolenic acid (GLA), derived from borage seed oil, to provide enhanced essential fatty acid support.

EPA/DHA from fish oil has been shown to support cardiovascular, joint, emotional and skin health.
